Brian Barth

Owner Operator

Brian and his wife Lisa began B&L Sound and Lighting in December of 1999.  Originally, a drummer in a Dallas-based Christian band named "Forty Days", Brian soon developed a talent in maintaining all the production aspects for the band.  The combination of his college degree in electronics, versitility in A/V systems and love of the music, all created a determination to produce and maintain an attitude of the "the show must go on".  Fortunately, this attitude, along with God-given talent, has built his company and its' reputation.

Camron Ware

Lighting Director

 Camron Ware is a lighting designer and visual worship artist who has a passion for creating compelling environments for live events.  He has worked both tours and events with B&L for several years as the lighting designer and VJ, and helps create an engaging visual experience for attendees.

David Perkins

Camera Director

David Perkins started with B&L as a light tech in October of 2003 working on the Planet Wisdom Tour.  His work ethic and ability to advance in the production industry has lead him to working with video equipment systems.  Now, a camera director, David leads a team of camera operators and video technicians.

Aaron Talley

Sound Engineer / Systems Director

Aaron Tally from Wichita Falls, TX started working for B&L in July of 2005.  He is the systems technician at most all of his events as well as maintaining a great audio mix.  Aaron has a talent of being able to fix a problem quickly and maintain a flawless show.

Amy Work

Stage Manager

Amy Work from Dallas, TX started with B&L in January of 2008.  She has a great personality and work ethic.  Amy maintains a "on time" stage performance from the talent that is hired at all her events.  Amy is a hard worker and gets the job done.

Cody Clements

Camera Operator / Software Engineer

Cody Clements from Rowlett, TX started with B&L in January 2008.  Cody operates a Sony 537A camera for many of B&L video productions.  His fun and good working attitude makes him easy to work with.  Cody has a great knowledge of computer hardware and software that definitely comes in handy at times.

John JD Evans

Shop/Equipment Manager

JD has been with B&L since 2004.  You can usually see JD if you are picking up equipment or returnning equipment to the warehouse.  He also works as a lighting tech and a systems tech at some of the B&L shows.  JD is very familiar with all the B&L equipment which makes him a huge asset to the productions that he is present.

Alex Slayton

Marketing Director/Sound Engineer

Alex has been with B&L since 2010.  He has brought his own creativity to marketing the B&L product which is a huge asset to us.  He is also a very good sound engineer.  You may see Alex behind the mixing console at some of the B&L productions.  We look forward to a long working relationship with Alex.
